The Anderson Endoscopic Face Lift procedure, which Dr. Richard Anderson has developed and perfected, eliminates many of the signs of facial aging in both men and women. Dr. Anderson's procedure is a Minimally Invasive Surgery which gently lifts sagging brow, softens forehead and facial lines, lifts the entire mid face region and results in a rejuvenated, rested, and more youthful natural appearance.
If you are concerned about these changes Dr. Anderson's Endoscopic Face Lift could be for you.
The Anderson Endoscopic Face Lift is accomplished through tiny hidden incisions in the patient's temple hair and scalp hair. The endoscope itself consists of two parts, a small tubular, pencil shaped, camera with an incorporated light system. The endoscope is inserted through a small and inconspicuous incision.
Dr. Anderson then accomplishes the surgical procedure watching your surgery on a tv monitor screen while moving the endoscope and special small surgical instruments such as forceps, endoscopic scissors, and tissue elevators under the skin, much like working with chopsticks through tiny incisions.

After completing the release and the mobilization of the sagging upper and mid face tissues, several endoscopic assisted invisible internal suspension sutures are placed and secured to lift and hold the tissues to a more superior location, achieving a rejuvenated and youthful appearance. The small scalp incisions are then closed and the patient is observed in the surgical recovery area until discharge to home care, unless the patient prefers to stay overnight in recovery care.
Dr. Anderson's Endoscopic facial procedures are done in our fully accredited office surgical facility with standby twilight anesthesia. Our patients are safe and comfortable throughout the surgery and after the surgery. Hospital outpatient surgery is also an option for our patients.
Dr Anderson's Endoscopic facial surgery techniques have many patient advantages including: small and virtually invisible incisions, less bruising, less swelling, more rapid return to normal activity, and a natural appearing youthful appearance. Because the incisions are small and magnification is used with endoscopic surgery, the risk of sensory loss from nerve damage is decreased. With this Minimally Invasive approach, patients recover more rapidly than if they had undergone open surgery.
Endoscopic surgery is done as an outpatient and hospital stay is rarely required.

Yes: We have many patients who demonstrate persistent and lasting improvement 10 years after Endoscopic Face lift. Yes, it does last!
Of course, how long the results last will depend upon many variables including genetics, lifestyle, degree of deformity, and age.
Even though the aging process continues, our Endoscopic facelift patients are very pleased with their improvement for many years. As with any cosmetic surgery procedure, because of individual factors, not everyone will achieve or maintain the same results.
