This 65 year-old lady is shown before and just seven weeks after her bilateral upper arm lift surgery.  Note the significant improvement achieved by removing fat and extra skin resulting in a more pleasing appearance of the upper arms.  She is thrilled to be able to wear short sleeves without feeling uncomfortable and her incisions will continue to fade over the next few weeks and months.
